Project Overview
Machine Technology initiated a migration from Microsoft Exchange to Office 365 to enhance scalability and modernise its IT environment.
The project also includes the deployment of a new Windows Server to support design software and the implementation of SharePoint for better collaboration.
Complex Infrastructure: Machine Technology existing Exchange environment was highly customised, posing significant challenges for a smooth migration.

Licensing and Configuration: Selecting appropriate Microsoft 365 plans and configuring services to align with business needs.
we implemented Microsoft 365, SharePoint, a new Windows server to run the design software, and set up new systems for improved productivity. Also upgraded from Bysoft 7 to Bysoft CAM. This solution significantly reduced programming time and increased machine utilisation, and employees appreciated the new system for its efficiency and ease of use.
